Hi I Am 28 Years Old Male. I Start Having

Hi I am 28 years old male. I start having hair fall and its become very fast from last 1 Years and I can see her less hair density in mid of my head and scalp are visible. I used may home mad solutions and currently start using tugain solution. But I don't see any positive sighn .. I take very good care of my hairs despite of that I loose more than 100 hairs a day.. Plz help reducing the fair fall and plz let me know if balding can ne treated?
