Hi, I Am 28 Years Old Single Woman. I Have

Hi, I am 28 years old single woman. I have been facing this problem of continuous spotting since last two months. I got my regular periods that lasted the normal no. Of days but post that I have been having this spotting/bleeding. Its not enough for me to require a pad but its there. The gynaec has asked me to get an ultrasound, GTT, insulin and prolactin assessment. My TSH is 2.49. My weight is also in control with bmi 23. I have been given trapic for now. I was earlier diagnosed with pcos. I had also taken OCPs for it but I discontinued them due to the side effects i.e. nausea, vomitting, headache and dizziness. I dont want to take OCPs now. What should I do?
