Hi I Am 29 And Have Had A Miscarriage On

Hi I am 29 and have had a miscarriage on 26sep at 5 weeks after my first attempt of ivf. I still have some good quality blastocyst left. I have a medical history of amennorrhea and Polycysitic ovary syndrome. My question is
1) how many embryos should I transfer?
2) when should I transfer again? I don't get natural periods so I will have to take progesterone to get withdrawal to start any procedure .
