I am 29 year old female. My 25 hydroxy vitamin D has come as <7.5 nmol/l. Dr has prescribed me arachitol 6 lac injection once in 15 days and cap uprise d3 softgel 60000 iu once every week x8 doses.
I have consulted one more doctor and she has advised to take tab mashyne daily for 30 days and d-rise sachet 60 k weekly for 6 weeks. What should i do. Please advise.
