Hi I Am 29 Yrs Old And Was Recently Admitted

Hi I am 29 yrs old and was recently admitted into emergency for severe abdominal pain in my right side. Although doctors thought it could be goldbladder or my appendix tests showed they were fine. Instead they found that there was free fluid near my right ovary, my magnesium was low, and a cursor in my blood signaled inflation. I lost consciousness twice in less than 24 hours in the hospital. The doctors concluded I had an ovarian cyst that ruptured. I am now home for the second day and I have had diarrhea with blood three times. I feel very weak and now have pain in my left side that goes into my back along with my right side aching. I don't know what to do?? Should I be concerned? Any advice is appreciated
