Hi, I Am 2yrs And 8 Months Married No Kids

Hi, I am 2yrs and 8 months married no kids yet. this month period not happened till today(13th day). Last period in Aug 14th. Pregnancy confirmation test by urine taken twice one in 7th day & 13th day. Still shows negative. How long it will take for confirmed.... I have missed period before four times by 10 15 & 18days and deducted with polycistic ovary . I have tender breast ever have before shall I wait for some more days
