Hi I Am 3 Months Pregnant. I Have Nose Blocks

Hi I am 3 months pregnant. I have nose blocks at night and could not sleep. I breathe through the mouth which makes my mouth dry. I have to drink water every now and then to ease my dried mouth. This disturbs my sleep a lot. I am having 2 pillows to sleep. But nothing seems to improve. I do not take any medications. Please help me with some home remedies to cure my blocked nose enabling me to get a good nights sleep.
