Hi, I am 30. I have a radiologist report which says my uterus is retroverted,normal in size and measures 6.9cm x 4.3cm(L x AP). The endometrial plate is thin, echo genic and measures 4.4mm. There is no demonstrable uterine mass or evidence of intra/extra-uterine gestation as at this report.

The report says the right ovary measures 12.2cm3 and contain multiple peripheral follicles surrounding a prominent echogenic stroma. There is significant periovarian fluid on the right with associated probe tenderness. Similarly the left ovary measures 15.2cm3 with similar sonographic features at the right.


Please, I need to understand all of these.
