Hi, I Am 30 Days Late For My Period. I

Hi, I am 30 days late for my period. I have taken 10 HPT and all have been negative. I've been experiencing breastfeeding soreness and tenderness and moderate pelvic pain. But today after I urinate when I wipe it is brown. I am so confused/anxious. Can't get in with my doctor until a month from now.. anything you might think is going on would be extreamly helpful! Thank you!
