Hi I Am 30 Weeks And 5 Days. Im Having

Hi I am 30 weeks and 5 days. Im having shooting pain um vagaina and in my lower pelvic area and in my back. I Been to the hospital 4 times since I was 28 weeks with contractions but was always closed, and still thick. But since last night I been experiencing more pain. Hospital is over an hour away and don't want to go if not serious.
