Hi I Am 30 Years Of Age And I Have

Hi I am 30 years of age and i have suffered from viral fever around one month back. I have started feeling pain in joints after one week of the fever is over. This started in different places in body. Ankle, elbow, thumb and poiting finger and sometime wrist. I went for blood test and it shows esr as 55 which should be 20 for me along with ra positive. Please tell me if this ra is because of the esr count and how can it bw cure.
