Hi I Am 30 Years Old. I Am Using Proglyuton

Hi I am 30 years old. I am using proglyuton tablets for two months. My periods came normal on first month but this time I am suffering from menstrual pains but no periods and drops of thick white liquid after pain. Is this an early sign of pregnancy? I have two daughters one is 3 yrs old n second is 1yr old.
Proglyuton tablets were completed on last Thursday and today it is 8 day of missed Periods. Should I take a home pregnancy test or should I wait?
