Hi. I Am 30 Years Old. I Had My Son

Hi. I am 30 years old. I had my son August 3rd via c-section. (3rd c-section) I didnt have a period for two and a half months after my dr did a pap smear, a biopsy, pregnancy test all negative. I then start my period and it doesn't go away for 2 months so they put me on birth control (made it worse), then a hormone pill no help then finally another hormone pill stopped it last month (December). But now no period again this month. For the last week I've bee nauseated and have been having light headaches. Any ideas?
