Hi, I am 30 years old and 5'4. I have been working out pretty regularly for the last 4 months. I haven't lost any weight and actually have put on weight. I was 158 and today 168. Recently I have been feeling bloated more often and sometimes more tired. I workout for an hour 5-6 days a week, cardio and weights. I eat pretty well, not perfect. No fast food and we cook at home. I just don't understand the weight gain. I eat pretty well and exercise daily. I looked up thyroid symptoms and don't really have most of them. Any other ideas? Thanks.
