Hi I Am 30 Years Old Male, And I Have

Hi I am 30 years old male, and I have been having pain on my ride upper abdomen around my rib cage. i am experiencing pain on my right shoulder, neck and experiencing some bloating. I got chest x-rays which came out negative. I got LFT done which showed that liver is functioning well. Currently i have been prescribed pain meds but it still doesn't change much.
