I am 30yrs old and have pcos. I did iui on 10th Oct 2016. And since last 2 days I am having pain in my lower abdomen along with dark brown/mahroonish colour spotting. What does this means. Am I going to start AF or can I be pregnant? Also I did HPT on 26th Oct which is negative. My due date is 27th pls. tell me as I am worried.
