I am 31 year old breast feeding mother. Problem I have is whenever I eat sth in small OR large qty it create gas in my stomach that travels towards my head and make me sleepy and dull. It will not stop here but also creates acyne on my face and back.
It had this problem when I was 24YO but it was vanish when I was 29YO
Please suggest
