Hi I Am 31 Years Old, 6 Years Back I

Hi I am 31 years old, 6 years back i was admitted because of the sound in the heart beat which i used to hear when sitting relaxed or when going to sleep.Now I have also BP problem. The 6 years back report said that i had mitral valve prolapse and doctor gave me medicine indranil. But now i am feeling more fatigue, I am feeling restless at night, hearing sound every now then, heart beats very fast when i climb staricase or if i run also..plz suggest
