Hi I Am 31 Years Old, I Have One Child

Hi I am 31 years old, I have one child and never really had any major medical issues within the last year I noticed that I spot a lot before and after periods, at the moment I have a pink tinge when I wipe which is concerning me as I have just gotten over the spotting was ok for a day or so and now I'm getting this tinge, I have also had mid cycle bleeding and have been for stomach scans, have done urine tests, been for pap smeers etc as I have had a strange pain on my right side, I have major mood swings at ovulation time as well as strange feelings in my ovaries, I have just never been this person until I had my little one and now it seems like nothing is regular anymore, what could be going on with me that the doctors are not picking up?
