Hi I Am 31 Years Old And I Went Into

Hi I am 31 years old and I went into afib this past Friday. today my chest felt weird and I work in a hospital, so I had an ekg done and it showed normal sinus with possible left atrial enlargement. since I've been discharged I have also always had a empty "hallow-like" feeling in my stomach even after I eat. right now I was only prescribed blood thinner. My resting heart rate is 90-100 for past 2 days.
