Hi , I Am 32 Years Old ,I Am Into

Hi , I am 32 years old ,I am into my 2nd trimester 23rd weeks of pregnancy. I have tested my TSH levels recently and it is 3.3. During my 1st trimester my tsh level was 2.2. I did not have any thyroid problems before pregnancy and was not taking any medicines. Do I need to take any medications now? if so then then how long and I stop after taking medicine for few months what are the chances that my thyroid levels will remain normal
