Hi, I Am 33 Year Old Married Male. My Problem

Hi, I am 33 year old married male. my problem is I am having some clear liquid(Precum) coming from penis during the day drops only due to which I feel back pain every morning in my middle back. once i get up after one hour its gone. And I feel more when i ejaculate.. If i stop ejaculating for 2 weeks than its very less pain.

Please advice.
