Hi I Am 33 Yrs Old I Had My Left

Hi I am 33 yrs old I had my left ovary and tube removed two yrs ago due to an ovarian tumor and torsion and this year I had to have my right ovary and tube removed due to the same issue about 2 was ago. I know now that I will be experiencing surgical menopause. I was curious if due to this life changing event, if that could be the possible reason for my dizziness and joint pain? If you could get back to me would be greatly appreciated because I don't really know what to expect being I am so young thank you.
