Hi, I Am 33 Yrs Old N Weigh 85 Kgs

Hi,
I am 33 yrs old n weigh 85 kgs and height is 161 cm.
I was diagnosed with hashimoto in 2007 following an episode of severe headaches and bouts of fever along with a mild swelling in the neck. Started eltroxin 50 mcg and after 2 months I conceived. Continued the tab for two years after which the doc asked me to discontinue the med, as my levels were normal by then.
Now after almost 5 1/2 years, I delivered my second child. Exactly after an year after delivery I started to develop certain difficulties in my body like fatigue weight gain and a noticeable swelling in the neck. Now here I am again diagnosed with the same thyroiditis. My tsh level was 139.400, t3 63.74, t4 2.30. Several other values were also high (probably related to thyroid).
Started 75 mcg thyroxine tab.
I was supposed to meet my doc after a month of med along with a tsh check, but could not keep up the appointment. Now its three mths and two weeks back I had checked my tsh which is around 1.
Am sure its time to change my thyroxine dose. Still am having difficulties in my body....having this terrible pain and heaviness on my left chest under breast towards centre and also on the back and on left arm. Numbness of both toes since two years. Few days back I started having this horrible odour in my nose while breathing!!!
Sorry for a long note...but really need help/suggestions regarding.
