Hi, I Am 34, I Had My Tubes Cauterized March

Hi, I am 34, I had my tubes cauterized March of 08, I am feeling like I'm pregnant,I have most of the signs, and leaking breast milk, I have had 4 kids, so I know what it feels like. I have gained 20 lbs in the last 2 months. I have a dr. Appointment Jan. , i am currently on what seams like my period, but no cramping. I usually cramp a lot with my period. Please help.
