Hi. I Am 34 And Have 3 Kids. My Menstrual

Hi. I am 34 and have 3 kids. My menstrual cycle is 24 day apart and I have my period for 7 days. I am a heavy bleeder. This month when my period started I started getting pain in my neck and shoulders as well as uterus and lower back. I am very tired more then usual. Today I passed a blood clot that was the size of a 2 dollar coin and a cm thick . I was wondering if I should worry about how my body is reacting or not. Thank you
