Hi, I Am 34 Year Old Women. My Urine Tests

Hi, I am 34 year old women. My urine tests has a comment of : Results may be affected by RBC lysis, high concentrations of ascorbicacid, nitrites and protein, dehydration, exercise, microbialperoxidase activities in UTI. What does it mean? I do take pills and and i should have my period last Monday, but only on Tuesday i have a slight blood but then it stopped on Wednesday. Our company doctor advised me to take a urinalysis test however not so sure how it is connected on my period. thank you. Can you please help explain.
