Hi I Am 34 Years Of Age And Have Been

Hi I am 34 years of age and have been noticing internal tremors/brain zaps since past . Other than this I am also diagnosed with cervical spondylosis. I don't have any epileptic symptoms nor any physical seizures. My EEG showed some spikes and doctor diagnosed me for epilepsy(Lematorizine) which exaggerated my anxiety.
I took a second opinion in which doctor told me that similar symptoms are related to anxiety as well.
Are these tremors anxiety related. If yes then how much time it will take to fade away. 1 tab 0.5 mg alprazolam keeps me fine for the day. If I reduce the intake the tremors/brain zaps reappear which makes my head very heavy. Please suggest.
