Hi, I am 34 yrs old my haemoglobin is 8.3 I am taking orofer xt with folic acid . And later in day shelcal hd and meganeru od plus as I am deficiency of calcium and vitamin b12 . And plankton have kid in next 3 months kindly suggest will these medicines solve the deficiency problem ?
