Hi. I am 34weeks -have a light cream to green discharge for weeks now with a odour my Dr told me its probably nothing - should i be worried? Also started experience light period cramps , headache an nausea with very light brown spotting - when should i be alarmed?

My breast Also started leaking a thick liquid ...are these signs of early labour?
