Hi I Am 35/f/82 Kg... I Had My Lmp On

Hi I am 35/f/82 kg... I had my lmp on 1st week of September. Last time I remember having sex is on 30/9/15... My periods cycle is 30-40 days... Had a history of Pcod... Its been few days that I am having morning sickness..last till night...dizziness... Its been 2 days I saw brown blood spots in panty and pad..today a tiny red clot came out during urinating followed by very light red blood amounting 1-2 spoon max...i don't experience abdominal pain but sometimes a light pain passing my lower abdomen and pelvic...am confused about pregnancy...pls help
