Hi, I Am 36 Male, I Will Get Chest Pain

Hi, I am 36 male, I will get chest pain after talking loudly or for a long period of time... I have GERD. Most of the times I feel chest tightness due to the reflux, however since one month I am noticing pain in the chest when I speak loudly and emotionally... Can u plz tell me what could be the reason. Last year I did ecg, 2D Echo and lipid profile, everything is normal. Moreover I am very active, I will do yoga, pranayama and daily walking for at least 45 mins... I don't understand this problem... Plz suggest me the solution...
