Hi. I Am 38 Years Old And Have A Fibroid

Hi. I am 38 years old and have a fibroid on the wall of uterus. I had 2 c-sections healed with keloid formation. After last delivery 10 years ago I got it injected with the med for keloids and no issues after. I now have to have a hysterectomy and am concerned about going into my cut as the inside keloid was huge according to the doctor at delivery. My cousin actually had a third baby via csection however when they couldn't access her cut the doctors had to cut vertically to access baby after they could not horizontal. That was in England. I don't qualify for the laproscopic method according to my gynacologist. What are my options ? Thank you
