Hi I Am 39 Years Old And For Almost A

Hi I am 39 years old and for almost a year now I have been getting really bad headaches, when I start my period it turns into a migraine. But for the past few months I have had a headache everyday. I wake up with one and I go to bed with one. Throughout the day it will go up and down. What could possibly be wrong with me. This is not normal.
