Hi, I am 4 weeks pregnant. I usually add little fresh ginger and garlic to my food that I cook daily. Today I added ginger little more in my lentil soup. After finishing dinner, I was just looking up online and read that ginger is safe during pregnancy only in limited amount like 5g per day. I must have added like 1-2 teaspoon. Will it harm my baby?
