I am 40yrs old female. Since last 3-4 years I have started getting small light or dark brown spots and freckles on my face. Also my skin is becoming so dry and dull, though previously I always had oily skin. Could you please suggest me any good medicated cream or any procedure for freckles and dark spots as well as dryness.
