Hi I Am 41. I Have Severe Gasteoporesis And Also

Hi I am 41. I have severe gasteoporesis and also having a 4 organ transplant this year. I have been on TPN for 6 months (inc. lipids). Recently, I started having pain in trouble in right rib. Then it escalated. I cannot touch the bone at the center (sternum I think). The pain then radiates around right side. Not much helps. Hard to twist, turn or movement in general. Even hard to sit up. My TPN CONTAINS LIPIDS. ALSO MAJOR SHORT OF BREATH with absolutely any exurtion (even getting up to walk 25 feet to bathroom). I recently have diarrhea that doesn't look right(twice blood in it). Hope you can shed some insight
