Hi I Am 41 Years Old And Believe I Had

Hi I am 41 years old and believe I had an early miscarriage. My last period was 18th June and ovulated on 7th July, but had a period on 8th August as if the egg didn't hatch. I have been through this before with IVF, but this time round I was prescribed co-codamol 30/500mg on 8th July as one of my neck muscles had went into a spasm. Could the co-codamol I was prescribed cause the early miscarriage as I was taking 2 4 times a day. I stopped at day 40, which was 27th July. The spotting started on 5th August and then the bleeding started on the 7th.
