Hi! I am 42, 174cm, 73kg, male. Recently observed my BP in the range of 150/110. Been watching, BP seems to go down after exercise/ intense activity. Get regular blockage in nasal cavity- had Sonus operation 3 months back. Now, have pain on chest muscles and ribcage muscles- not heart but under the skin. ECG normal. Could the high BP be due to constriction in one of the other veins? Could lymphatic congestion cause high BP? I am also on PPIs for GERD for many years now. Any help appreciated.
