Hi. I Am 42 Female. I Have No Health Insurance

Hi. I am 42 female. I have no health insurance due to my job of 22 yrs closing its doors.
I suffer from mild anxiety and i hv been able to control it. I am on no medications. And im prescribed 0.25 xanax as needed but my bottles usually expire as I dont need it much, and i never take more than a quarter of one 0.25 pill. I am petite at 5" and weigh 105 lbs.
Now suddenly, 4 weeks ago, i had what felt like charlie horses in my thighs no swelling. Then a week later that pain subsided and i started having sudden headaches and sudden feelings like very bad chest discomfort . The chest discomfort is centered and a bit to the right, radiates to the center of my shoulder blades. It feels like a chest cold (burning/icy feeling). And my chest feels heavy. This discomfort lasts about 10 minutes or so and comes and goes every 30 minutes or hour or so. And also sometimes when i lay down on my back.
Could this be another anxiety problem?
I would normally go to my doctor but i have no insurance. And i used to see my cardiologist once a year with no problems found. Last visit was two yrs ago.
