Hi. I Am 44 Years Old And Have Been Diagnosed

Hi. I am 44 years old and have been diagnosed with vasospastic angina. My blood pressure is extremely high so I have been on calcium blockers for the past five years. However, since last May, my bp has become very low, around 95/68 so the meds were lowered but it's still hangs around there. For the past couple of days, I have been having non stop chest pains that seems to get a little bit better when I drink caffeine. I took nitro yesterday but it made the pain so intense, I cried. Any ideas?
