Hi. I Am 45 Years And Had An Early Menopause

Hi. I am 45 years and had an early menopause at 36. Since then I have been Familon regularly and I was having scanty periods too, But off late ie for the past 3-4 months I am just having some brown spots for two days. I am also experiencing hot flashes. Should I discontinue the use of Femilon. Please advise.
