Hi I Am 47 Y/o And I Am Having A

Hi I am 47 y/o and I am having a foul odor(snot) smell from my nose while breathing with causing my breath to smell also. I tried nasal rinses, and was prescribe abx's that was prescribe by an ENT doctor no help. I work around people everyday and afraid to communicate or interact with them because of this situation. People cough and sneeze with they are near me. I am being talk about at my job and my coworker's are afraid to come near me.
