Hi I am 47 year old male ,
I am having pain at my shoulder & upper right arm for appx 2 month .
& at night it getting worst , Cannot sleep,
I have consulted with doctors Orthopaedics & Neuro surgeon.
they said it is rotator cuff injury/muscle spasm & advised some muscle relaxing medicine+hot towel therapy/message therapy.
I am taking it for last 20 days , But no improvement.
can you pls suggest anything . Thanks.
