Hi I Am 47 Years Old Male. Around 10 Years

Hi I am 47 years old male. Around 10 years ago I had some medical problems which were misdiagnosed and created a panic attack. Finally medicines like Sensival -> Zetalo/Nexito, beta blocker, calcium and Methycobal helped miraculously. Nexito20->Nexito 10 was continued for about 3 years. But several years later it has given a few side effects- Memory loss (events AFTER the problem are not remembered. This has become a nagging problem. Even cannot recollect the right word while talking/writing. High BP and Triglycerides is another outcome of the medication. Now PE has also developed. A behavioural problem of being short tempered and getting hyper when some body does not agree to me has also set in slowly. May I get a proper advise please?
