Hi, I am 47 years old with a mioom. My menstrual cycle is heavy and doctors suggest a hysterectomy but I don't want a hysterectomy. I am on the pill. Is it save to skip my cycle for 3 months then have 1 cycle and skip again for 3 months or is there medication to stop my menstrual cycle?
