Hi I am 49 years old in October last year I had a weak positive pregnancy test since then I have tested negative but my belly continue to grow I also have uterine fibroids I had a period every month this month I am spotting a dark blood not enough to fill a pad an it is very painful at times when I walk especially at night due to the size of my belly can u give me an idea what is wrong with me
