Hi, I Am 5 Months Postpartum. A Few Days Ago

Hi, I am 5 months postpartum. A few days ago my husband and I had sex and it hurt to urinate afterwards. By the next day I was very raw and had a slight mucus like discharge that was clear. Then yesterday I started to have itching and burning as if I had a yeast infection. Still very raw. Now today I have brown mucus followed by a little bright blood when I wipe - as if I have a cut or something. Still itchy and very raw. Any idea what it could be ?
