Hi, I Am 52 Year Old Female And Have Had

Hi, I am 52 year old female and have had meningitis twice already. I have had neck pain for a week and it seems to be getting worse. I have headaches on and off, I had spotty vision this earlier this afternoon, and there is a pain that goes up the back of my neck/head quite often when I swallow. I have not checked for a fever yet. Should I be worried at this point? I am having surgery to remove a large cell tumor on my knee on Wednesday... what do you suggest that I do?
