Hi I am 54 and menopausal. I have had a merina inserted for 2 yrs which has controlled heavy bleeding. The last 6 months have had spotting an a very light prolonged period, I've had blood tests which were normal and an ultrasound. The result came back with fibroids and a thickened hypervascular endometrium of 8 mm. My uterus is also bulky. What are your thoughts. Should I be concerned that it is serious.
